A cornerstone of his success has been an ability to leverage business analysis and process engineering across his teams to identify and realize business value for diverse employee, customer and partner experiences across industries, functions, business environments and technologies.

Charlie has led solution implementation across a variety of areas including network infrastructure, enterprise resource planning, supply chain optimization, customer relationship management, financial and sales forecasting, business-to-business transaction management, procurement optimization, data warehousing and business process management.
